Transformation 12-Pack - $75/hr

A complete program designed for fat loss, strength gain, or body sculpting over 4–6 weeks. Includes regular progress assessments and flexible scheduling.

Couples/Partner Training Package - $110/hr (split between 2)

Weekend Warrior Package - $320 total (4 sessions, $80/hr)

Monthly Unlimited Plan (Small Group Coaching) - $300/month (approx. $20–25/session)

Includes unlimited access to scheduled small group training sessions. Ideal for clients who enjoy community support and consistent accountability.

Nutrition & Wellness Coaching

Support beyond the gym—focused on habit building, food education, and lifestyle change.

Nutrition Fundamentals Session - $70/hr

Learn the basics of calorie balance, macros, and portion control. Great for beginners who want to understand what and why behind what they eat.

Meal Planning & Prep Coaching - $80/hr

Get help building weekly meal plans based on your lifestyle, goals, and preferences. Includes grocery tips, prep routines, and sample menus.

Habit Tracking & Lifestyle Coaching - $65/hr
